Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ferrari 250LM 1967 Maranello Concessionaires Alternative version MYS43066 Team Vestey The original Australian customer for chassis 6167 never took delivery and the car sat unsold in the importerís storage for several years before it was shipped to Drogo, modified with a narrow long nose and eventually sold to Maranello Concessionaires. After five months and as many races, all of which resulted in podium finishes, the car was sold to Paul Vestey who initially raced it in the Maranello colours before adding some small body modifications and re-painted it dark blue with white stripes. Each kit offers three race options with the race numbers being the main variation. The clearly printed decals include the coloured stripes, so the main paint finishes are simple single colours although the wheelarch extensions on the blue car will need hand painting. The kit parts are all cleanly cast and assembly looks pretty straightforward.
Relatively simple resin & metal kits extremely similar in style to MG Models. Made in Italy.
