Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Buick Y Job 1938 Harley Earl’s magnificent Buick Y Job is a very significant piece of automotive history as it is regarded as being the first true manufacturer’s concept car, featuring pioneering details such as power operated hidden headlamps and with styling cues which found their way onto production Buicks into the early 1950s. It was no show queen either, Earl using it as daily transport for many years. The fit and finish on our sample model is very good, one of Neo’s better efforts.
Very well finished resincast models. Mostly road cars, though with a few interesting competition subjects. Rapidly establishing themselves as one of the best ranges we see in terms of quality and value for money. Made in China
