The last variant of this model that we saw from Oxford was modelled with the roof up but here we see it lowered and with a half tonneau cover in position. The shape of the car looks very good and the trim around the cockpit area is neatly done. As usual for this range some of the details such as the wipers are a little heavy and the wire wheels could be better, but overall it’s very good value. For those wanting to, a suitable set of BBR wire wheels and Tameo etched wipers would be a worthwhile conversion.

Traditional diecast models, mostly of historic British vehicles. Overall shapes and paint finishes usually excellent. Some of the smaller detailing such as wipers can be a little heavy and wire wheels are sometimes replicated with printed acetate discs. Price point is very low, so something has to give and with a few accessories they make excellent models. Made in China for the UK.
