Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Profil refer to this car as an Iso Rivolta but the books describe it as an Iso Grifo A3/C. The car entered a number of races during the 1964 season with steady results and after an encouraging Le Mans qualifying ran strongly in the first half of the race. A brake disc failure then meant a lengthy pit stop but the car rejoined and Berney and Noblet were able to bring it home in fourteenth overall and fourth in class. The kit parts are fairly straightforward looking and very well cast. The main body has open vents behind the wheel arches for brake cooling and the engraving of the smaller vents and other panels is very crisp. The body surface also has plenty of fine rivet detail, so careful not to accidentally sand this off during paint prep! The smaller parts are also well cast, the wheels being particularly fine, and it should all go together very well. Our only query is the relative cost of the pre-painted version to the unpainted kit.
