Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Also available PFL2473PP painted This kit is similar in design to the Racing Box Lola above, though the main body casting is different as there were a few subtle detail changes between the Italian run car in 2009 and the bio-fuel powered machine entered by British peer Lord Drayson in 2010. Again we’re struggling to work out that rear wing and were a little surprised to see that the decal sheet includes the red and white sections of the union flag motif that is on the engine cover, but not the blue, so you will have a delicate masking job here. The instructions appear to be near identical to those in the other kit and we would have liked a slightly more helpful colour reference than ‘metallic green’ for the body. We would add a few bits of carbon fibre decal (SKU1424/STUFP002) too to areas such as the vents on the front wheel arches and mirrors and if you get the paint job right this will make a very attractive model.
