Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine This 250GTO had one of the briefest racing careers of all of the cars of this type and changed hands several times in the first couple of years of its existence. It was first delivered to Chinetti and NART entered it for the Dayona 3 Hours (which it won) and Sebring early in 1963. It then passed to Bev Spencer who had it painted in American white and blue and it was entered in three races during June 1963 in those colours. The model here depicts it in the first of those three races at Laguna Seca where it finished second overall in the hands of Frank Crane. The decoration on the model is very well done with neatly printed decals and the usual excellent BBR paint finish, though on our sample the etched window frames arenít the best fit.
