Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Having started the season with the 1966 championship winning BT19s, Jack Brabham debuted the new BT24 at Monaco and a second car for Hulme was ready by France, by which point initial teething troubles had been ironed out and both drivers went into winning mode. Both versions modelled here are winners, Hulme’s only win in the newer car coming at the Nurburgring and Brabham taking victories in France and Canada, the latter depicted here. Consistency through the season saw Hulme take the title by five points from the boss. The kit parts are well cast and there’s a fair level of detail on the exposed engine. The hand builts are very well finished with careful detail painting and excellent decals and both make for attractive and significant models.
Reasonably well cast white metal kits that build with ease. Open wheeled subjects usually accurate, road cars not always so. With hand-built models again single seaters usually better. Made in England.
