Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Qualifying for the Tourist Trophy race at Goodwood in 1964 saw the more nimble smaller-engined cars at the front of the grid and Jack Sears starting from fourteenth position, but the shear grunt of the Cobra saw him leading on the first lap, only to throw that lead away with a half spin. Ultimately he finished fourth behind Graham Hill and David Piper in Ferraris and Dan Gurney in a Cobra Daytona. That spin was captured on camera and the model matches this and a couple of other images that we’ve found well for details. A very well finished model of one of the most attractive racing Cobras.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
