Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Tony Gillet built his first eponymous sports car in 2001 and the following year the second chassis, powered by a modified Cosworth four cylinder engine, broke Gilletís own 0-100km/h Guinness world record that he had set two years previously in a Donkervoort. The Vertigo isnít what we would describe as a pretty car and the early car as depicted here with hammerhead nose and separate headlights looks like something from an alien invasion movie, which is all good! The model is smartly finished in dark metallic grey with a vivid orange interior and the sponsorship decals for the record attempt are carefully placed.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
