Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Briggs Cunningham entered three near identical Corvettes at Le Mans in 1960, with mixed fortunes. #1 crashed and #2 suffered engine failure but #3, driven by Fitch and Grossman kept going and eventually finished a respectable eighth despite cooling problems. Some subtle and clever modifications were introduced for the race, most obvious being the remodelling of the rear windscreen that saw a central opening with folded in buttresses surrounding the fuel filler. These and the other details are neatly modelled and the colours all look good.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
