Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine BRM P261 4th Monaco 1966 Bondurant The colour scheme on Bondurant’s Monaco entry looked more Eagle than BRM, with its deep metallic blue and white stripe and this is because it was substituting for Dan Gurney’s non-starting machine in filming for the Frankenheimer Grand Prix movie. Most of the photos that we have from the race are in black and white but these still show that the decal placement and bodywork details are good. The blue paint is a suitable shade and the general fit and finish is excellent including a neat hole in the front of the windscreen to help cool the driver.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
