Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Although both are based on the same chassis design, these two Toyota prototypes were entrusted to different teams and had very different rear end aerodynamics. TOMS ran the #36 machine and this had a high tail with the wing directly mounted to the tall side fences. Dome’s #38 machine appeared in this format in practice but they opted for the higher straight line speed of a low-tail with separate wing for the race, to no avail in the end as the clutch failed early on. Both models match race photos well in terms of decal placement and shape and the decal colours are good.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
