Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Shadow DN9 International Trophy 1978 Regazzoni Alternative version SPK1693 Regazzoni Sweden & SPK1694 Stuck UK These two models show that a livery can make a huge difference to the appearance of a car. Regazzoni’s non-championship International Trophy entry was in simple black and while the shape of the car looks good and the decals are neatly placed, once again Spark have painted a Shadow in satin black instead of the correct gloss. We suspect deliberately now to keep consistency! Stuck’s car from the British GP at Brands Hatch is physically extremely similar but the red and white colour scheme really accentuates the lines of the car. The red sections of the livery are mostly decal, with the white neatly painted, and on both models there’s a fair amount of etched detail including the ground effect skirts.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
