Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Fittipaldi F5 Belgium 1977 Fittipaldi The Fittipaldi teamís new F5 made its debut at Zolder and while Emerson was upbeat about the new car, it only lasted two laps in the race when water (there was lots of that!) found its way into the electrics. Sparkís model captures the rather Ensign-esque lines of the car well and unusual features include what must be one of the widest airboxes ever used on an F1 car. Thereís a decent looking DFV visible beneath that intake and some may wish to add plug leads here. Thereís also good suspension and transmission detail, the latter beneath a rear wing which features several etched parts.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
