Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine BRM P261 UK 1967 Hobbs Alternative version SPK4248 Stewart Monaco SPK4795 Irwin UK & SPK4249 Courage Monaco We’ve queried the green used for BRMs by Spark before and it is a tricky colour to match. Here we have a larger question with the Piers Courage car though as the only colour photos that we have found are very dark and the car was a Reg Parnell rather than BRM entry, which would suggest dark blue to go with the correct red nose band. The David Hobbs eighth-placed car from the British GP was definitely a private entry and this was dark blue with white stripes as seen here, matching race photographs very well.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
