Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine March 83G 1st Daytona 1984 #00 The Kreepy Krauly team made their debut at Daytona in 1984, lead driver Sarel van der Merwe the only team member who had ever been to the track before! The car was proven, the chassis being Al Holbertís 1983 IMSA championship winner and despite the gear lever coming off and running out of fuel, the South African driver trio brought the car home to an impressive nine lap victory. Thereís a slightly exaggerated curve to the windscreen pillar on the model but otherwise the shape looks good, the decoration matched race photos very well and the finish is to Sparkís usual very high standards.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
