Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Porsche 911 GT3RS Pikes Peak 2014 Beltoise Romain Dumas came close to winning Pikes Peak outright in 2012 with his rally derived Porsche GT3 RS but with Loeb’s 2013 run proving that the fully paved course was now best suited to a full on prototype, Dumas switched machinery and his Porsche passed to rising star Vincent Beltoise to run in the Time Attack class, which he duly won! The car is very similar to those still used in the R-GT class of European rallies and bodywork wise is close to the GT3 road car. The decoration is all neatly applied on the model, which matches race photos well and is presented in special Pikes Peak packaging.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
