Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Toyota Celica 1st Pikes Peak 1994 Millen The first release in Spark’s series dedicated to the magnificent Pike’s Peak hillclimb depicts the car with which Rod Millen smashed the course record in 1994, setting a time which was not beaten for thirteen years. There’s very little actual Celica in the car as it was a tube frame silhouette with a Toyota engine and the very clean external lines of the car are well replicated with that huge rear wing mounted on a fine etched frame and more etch used for the deep splitter and rear endplates.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
