Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Porsche 917LH Le Mans Test 1970 #21 The Le Mans test weekend and Brands Hatch 1000kms clashed in 1970 and so most of the race teams were in England, leaving the factory support team to run in France. This unique variant of the long-tail was universally disliked by the drivers as the car handled very poorly and was slow. Compared with the cars which raced a few weeks later there are numerous differences, most obvious being the lack of a rear wing element.
Very well finished mass produced resin built models. Ever improving detailing now incorporating more use of photoetched details for added finesse and with excellent paint finishes. Made in China
