Ferrari 126C2 1st Holland 1982 #28 Pironi by Tameo Kits
The 1982 season could so easily have been a championship year for Ferrari but first Villeneuve was killed in Belgium and then Pironi was seriously injured in a practice accident in Germany, having arrived at the race with a nine point lead in the championship having won in Holland, Tambay giving the team a lift by winning the German race though. For the next two races Ferrari fielded a single car but in Italy Mario Andretti returned to F1 and finished third. The differences between the models are minimal and all three are very well finished with excellent paint and plenty of fine etched detail. For some reason the issue numbers vary slightly but all are very limited with just 130 examples of the Tambay car, 135 for Pironi and 140 for Andretti.
