Talbot T26SS Figoni Le Mans 1939 #4 Helde/Nime by GCAM

Kit also available GCAM43111

One of a pair of similar machines entered at Le Mans in 1939 by Luigi Chinetti, this elegant roadster was drive by 'Helde' (Pierre-Louis Dreyfus) and 'Nime' (Tony Schumann) and was withdrawn in the 9th hour having covered insufficient distance. As always with GCAM's releases, numbers are very limited. The paint finish on our sample is excellent but some of the smaller detailing and panel engraving could be tidier. Still, a rare opportunity to obtain this subject.

About GCAM

1:43 resin & metal kits & hand built models of very interesting (often obscure) Le Mans subjects. Production is very limited, with 20-30 examples of each subject not being unusual. Quality can be a little variable, particularly on kit parts, but the standard of finish on the hand builts is usually pretty good. Made in Switzerland
