Rolls Royce Phantom II Continental Park by Carbone
Ward
This magnificent streamlined saloon was displayed by Park Ward on their stand at the 1934 London Motorshow and must have made quite an impression. Apparently the original design had a slightly longer tail but this was shortened early in the car’s life as with luggage on board it tended to swap ends! The model is based on the restored car as it appeared at Pebble Beach in 2013 and the main difference between pre and post restoration is the colour of the side spear, now a very fetching burgundy. The model is beautifully finished, as usual from Carbone, and matches the photos from the event very well.
