Honda RS250RW Champion 2009 #4 Scot Racing Team 1:12 by Hasegawa
This is a kit that we have been expecting for several months and at long last it has landed in the UK. It marks a new departure for Hasegawa, tackling the increasingly popular racing motorcycle market and as a first attempt it’s not bad. There are fewer parts than in one of Tamiya’s Moto GP bikes, but then it’s a smaller, simpler machine and most of the difference does seem to be around the engine and gearbox area. The fairings are split to gain access to the full engine and chassis, the suspension seems to have a fair level of detail and the brakes also look good. There are a few wires and pipes included, a real spring for the rear swing arm and with care it should build a fine model of Hiro Aoyama’s championship winning machine.
