Wolf Dallara Can-Am 1977 #2 Amon/Villeneuve by JPS
Wolf Dallara Can-Am 1977 Amon/Villeneuve
In its early configuration, the Wolf-Dallara Can-Am car had the rear wing mounted off the rear bodywork and it is in this configuration JPS model the car. Most of the photos that we’ve found from early in the 1977 Can-Am season show it with the Canadian flag emblazoned across the rear wing, whether original driver Amon or Villeneuve are on board. The exception may be Road America where Villeneuve scored the only result for the car (3rd) that season where the photo is so poor we cannot see the rear wing! JPS suggest that the wing element should be aluminium and it is supplied unpainted in the kit. The other bodywork has a very good black finish (should it be very dark blue?) and there are two sets of decals included to allow for error. The shape of the kit looks very good and the choice is included on the decals for either driver.
