Cooper Bristol Mk1 UK 52 Brown/Brando by K & R Replicas
An impressive twenty two of the thirty one entries for the 1953 British Grand Prix were still running after two and three quarter hours racing and the Ecurie Richmond machines of Alan Brown and Eric Brandon were among them, albeit in twentieth and twenty second places. The kit parts are the short air intake Cooper Bristol that we’ve seen a few times recently and it should all be a reasonably simple build, the most fiddly aspect being hand painting the nose bands on the cars around the radiator intakes.

About K & R Replicas
Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
