Cooper Bristol 2nd Ulster 1952 Hawthorn by K & R Replicas
Cooper Bristol Ulster 1952 Hawthorn
Having led the Ulster Trophy at Dundrod from Taruffi in the ‘Thinwall Special’ Ferrari, a slipping clutch and failing head gasket meant that Hawthorn had to eventually settle for second in his Cooper. K&R have released many variations of the Cooper Bristol previously and have the correct detail parts here including the extension to the air intake, the components are all cleanly cast and we know that these kits build well.

About K & R Replicas
Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
