Porsche 906 Sebring 1967/Riverside 1968 by Renaissance
Porsche 906 Sebring 1967/USRRC 1967/68
Hand built available REN4380M44 Sebring & REN4380M33 Riverside 67
This relatively simple kit offers two decoration choices for the long-nose 906, both of which are slightly unusual and very attractive. First is the metallic blue machine of Fred Baker & Charles Kolb from Sebring, which failed to finish the race, and the other is the midnight blue Otto Zipper entry with which Scooter Patrick scored many class wins during the 1967 and 1968 seasons. The vacform for the rear screen will need tinting clear yellow (ALC402) for either version but otherwise it is a very straightforward looking kit and should build well.

About Renaissance
Excellent kits and conversion sets (for plastic) using resin bodies, white metal parts, lots of very fine photo-etching and good decals. Some castings need cleaning. Excellent instructions. Classic subjects (REN43 refs) are relatively simple builds, while the Integral series (RENI) of more modern subjects are a little more complex. Made in France
