Porsche 935 Le Mans 1978 #47 Gelo by Renaissance
We've seen a few versions of this basic kit now from Renaissance and here we have a couple of the more famous 935 variants. The decal sheet in the Brumos kit covers several Brumos cars, not just 935s, so you will have to pay attention to the drawings to make sure that you use the right pieces. Likewise with the Gelo car, the main decal sheet is from a previous Gelo entered Porsche with a supplementary sheet for the exact details. The kit parts are the familiar Renaissance mix of well cast resin, a fair level of etch and machined parts for the wheels. The windows have a white protective film which must be peeled off and then away you go.

Excellent kits and conversion sets (for plastic) using resin bodies, white metal parts, lots of very fine photo-etching and good decals. Some castings need cleaning. Excellent instructions.
