When we took a look at the hand built version of these parts we commented that race photos show the car to have a fairly dull finish, possibly unpainted. For this reason we would go for a satin finish when painting. The kit parts are well made and fairly straightforward, so it will be a simple project. Decals are well sized and there are several views of the car in action included with the instructions so that you can get the decoration right.
