Ferrarina Tipo 854 “Mitraglietta“ 1959 by Tron
Hand built also available TRO338PM
Unveiled in 1959, the Tipo 854 'Ferrarina' was powered by the first engine produced by Ferrari of less than 1000cc. The bodywork of the original car was based on a small fiat but beneath the skin it was pure Ferrari, the 854cc motor effectively being 1/3 of a 250GT unit and mounted in a lightweight tubular chassis. An unusual and interesting side note to the history of Ferrari.
