British driver Harry Hunt has enjoyed a fair degree of success in the lower echelons of European rallying since buying his first Fiesta in 2007, including twice winning the 2WD title in the IRC. In 2015 he contested a few cross-country events in preparation for a first attempt at the Dakar in 2016, finishing a very creditable tenth overall. His factory prepared MINI featured a distinctive Union Jack decoration and this has been smartly replicated on the model. The shape of the car looks good too and, while large guards front and rear hide most possible chassis detail, there are shock absorbers visible in the wheel arches and very fine mud-flaps and towing points are fitted front and rear.
