Porsche 934/5 Glen 1976 Vasek Polak by Arena
George Follmer and John Morton dominated the Trans-Am series with this car but also made occasional outings in IMSA events such as the Watkins Glen 6 Hours where they finished second in the GT class. The car featured very wide wheel arch flares that are very square in section and these are neatly moulded into the body. On the real car there is a black seal where the arches would fit on and these are included as very fine decals in the kit. A little modification will be needed to the rear wing element but this is a simple sanding job and clearly shown in the instructions.

About Arena
Accurate, well detailed resin kits with white metal ancillaries and excellent photo-etched details. Instructions sometimes slightly vague but normally adequate. Castings on some subjects can be a little rough but more recent releases have all been excellent. Due to the amount of etch, they can be quite fiddly to build but in experienced hands make excellent miniatures. Hand built models also available to order. Made in Italy.
