De Tomaso Pantera Gr4 TF 1973 #115 by Arena
As with the Escorts, this kit has been made in collaboration with Scala 43 and uses their excellent resin kit parts as a base with Arena’s decals and a slightly unusual front spoiler added. There’s plenty of etch as usual and this time the ancillary parts include white metal for the roll cage and couple of other odds and ends. The decals include all of the satin black panels from the front rear and sides, so no masking is needed. Micangeli & Pietromarchi retired from the Targa on the sixth lap.

Accurate, well detailed resin kits with white metal ancillaries and excellent photo-etched details. Instructions sometimes slightly vague but normally adequate. Castings on some subjects can be a little rough but more recent releases have all been excellent. Due to the amount of etch, they can be quite fiddly to build but in experienced hands make excellent miniatures. Hand built models also available to order. Made in Italy.
