NSU TTS Monte Carlo 1968 #207 Conversion Set by Arena
The base for this model is again a
Norev release and the instructions
suggest that the model will not need
repainting. They show an orange base
model and this is a subject that we have
a colour photograph of, which we’re
quite surprised by as it only finished
51st. This picture suggests it may be
a slightly darker shade, but the image
isn’t brilliant. The decals in this set are very simple and there are a few white metal
parts again for interior details and lights. The number plate decals will need slight
adjustment for accuracy as it was a German registered car, DMC672 as printed,
should read D-MC 672. Easily fixed if you know in advance!

About Arena
Accurate, well detailed resin kits with white metal ancillaries and excellent photo-etched details. Instructions sometimes slightly vague but normally adequate. Castings on some subjects can be a little rough but more recent releases have all been excellent. Due to the amount of etch, they can be quite fiddly to build but in experienced hands make excellent miniatures. Hand built models also available to order. Made in Italy.
