Ford Capri RS3100 Oz/Macau 1975 Moffat by Automodelli Studio
With his ex-IMSA Chevy Monza constantly being protested, Alan Moffat used an ex-ETC Capri RS3100 as a backup in the 1975 Australian Sports sedan series and this spare car scored an impressive 14 wins. The body in the kit is well proportioned and the main casting is generally good with just a little clean-up needed around the edges. The interior casting will need a little more attention as in our sample it is very bubbly. In Australia the car had to run narrower wheels than in Europe and parts are included to cover every eventuality. Decals are also included for European races, but the information in the instructions concentrates on the Moffat car and we suspect that that is what most will want to build anyway.

About Automodelli Studio
An interesting range of mostly Australian oriented subjects. Some subjects are based on other makers' castings where suitable (Marsh Models, Jemmpy & SMTS the most commonly used) while others are made entirely in house. Decals often laser or inkjet printed, but still with good bright colours and clarity. Most kits included
a modest amount of etched detailing. Made in Australia
