Ferrari 250 LWB 1st TDF 1959 #163 by Bee Bop
Also available TRO268P - kit
The three litre Ferraris dominated the 1959 Tour de France, this one driven by Gendebien and Bianchi leading home a 1-2-3 finish. The simple model checks out well for decal placement and small details but the race photos show it to have a very dull finish, quite possibly bare aluminium, to the bodywork whereas the model is smartly painted in gloss silver. Otherwise pretty good.
