Rolls Royce Phantom III Hooper 1937 by Carbone
Rolls Royce Phantom III Hooper Sedanca 1937
This Sedanca de Ville body on Phantom III chassis 3CP130 was Hooper’s 1937 motorshow car, delivered soon after to a Miss Jeffrey. The car is originally described as black with a cream flash and that trim has disappeared over the years with the car now having a plain finish as seen here. The paint on the model is flawless with a deep gloss and we have to catch the light to see the subtle body details. The smaller trim parts are neatly fitted as expected and we can just about see the bespoke wooden console in the rear passenger compartment.
