Bugatti T57 Cabriolet Van Vooren 1935 by Carbone - Chromes
Originally delivered to a Parisien dealer as a bare chassis in April 1935, this Type 57 was fitted with an elegant and expensive Van Vooren body soon afterwards. Older photos of the car show dark colouring but the car appeared at auction a couple of years ago and it is in the cream and grey/brown current form that we see it modelled. The body shape is well replicated and is very subtle compared with some of the better known Van Vooren designs. The paintwork and detailing on the model is excellent and overall it looks like the car.
