Delahaye 135MS Coupe Langenthal 1947 by Carbone - Chromes
Swiss coachbuilder Langenthal clothed two examples of the Delahaye 135MS, a convertible and this very striking coupe. The blue stripe on the side was a later addition but the silver colour is original and most notable is the very delicate proportion of the window pillars. It’s a big car, with a particularly long rear overhang and Carbone have modelled the shape very sympathetically and, as usual, the overall level of finish is excellent.

About Carbone - Chromes
High quality resin & metal hand built models, usually of very rare coachbuilt machines on exotic chassis. Excellent level of finish puts them among the best 1:43 miniatures available. Presentation also very smart, usually with a wooden edged and leatherette insert to the display base. Production numbers in this series usually only in double figures, making for very rare pieces. Made in France.
