Bugatti T57/64 Aero-Dynamic 1939 by Carbone - Chromes
The streamlined saloon body on this Type 57 is considered to be the pre-prototype for the Type 64 and while there are plenty of similarities, we think it’s actually better looking than the final design! The body is modelled as it is now, mounted on chassis 57625 (which originally wore a Gangloff design) and the original chassis number is unknown as far as we can find out. The shape looks good and the very dark blue paint with black wheels suits the style. A fine model of a car which, until the last decade or so, was little known.

About Carbone - Chromes
High quality resin & metal hand built models, usually of very rare coachbuilt machines on exotic chassis. Excellent level of finish puts them among the best 1:43 miniatures available. Presentation also very smart, usually with a wooden edged and leatherette insert to the display base. Production numbers in this series usually only in double figures, making for very rare pieces. Made in France.
