Ferrari 212 Uovo Bondone 1952 #164 1:18 by Tron-Club
Tron have modelled the Marzotto brothers’ unique coupe bodied Ferrari 212 in a number of guises and a number of scales and here we see a generally well finished 1:18 hand built of her as she contested and won the Trento Bondone hillclimb in 1952. The basic shape of the car looks very good and for the most part the finish is excellent. On our sample the fit of the vac-formed rear windscreen isn’t perfect but the rest of the smaller parts look very neatly done and it makes for an impressive stand alone model.
