Peugeot 302, 402 Darl`mat Chassis Frame by Esdo
Darl.Mat's streamlined roadster bodies were some of the prettiest seen on Peugeots in the company's long history and appeared as fully fendered road cars and also open wheeled racers. Esdo's charming miniature depicts the wooden framing that the aluminium body panels would have been fixed over and we can still see that elegant shape despite the lack of panelling. The frame is then rested on planks that are balanced across tressles, though the whole lot is stuck together for security. There isn't any woodgrain visible but the overall effect is still very pleasing and it makes for a charming display piece.

About Esdo
Beautifully cast, very simple resin kits and hand-built models. Kits include some white metal parts, minimal photo-etch and basic but useful instructions. Some subjects slightly let down by the rather crude cast wheels. Built models generally well built. Made in France.
