Ferrari 212 Uovo 4th Torrey Pines 1954 #163
The Marzotto Brothers’ famous 212 Uovo crossed the Atlantic during 1953 to find a new home with Ignazio Lozano of Newport Beach and he raced it extensively in SCCA events. The car is modelled as it finished fourth at the Torrey Pines July meeting and the details for this particular race check out well. The paint finish is very good, the small etched details are neatly fitted and the decal placement looks right.
