This is another reprint of a Pritchard classic, first published in 1976. It is a sign of how things have changed in publishing over the last 35 years or so that the original fly sheet notes describe the book as generously illustrated with sixty four photographs for its nearly four hundred pages! The text is excellent though and concentrates mostly on the early years of the company and her glory days racing through the 1950s and 1960s. Various appendices give us basic specifications of key models, separate sections on four, six and eight cylinder sports racing cars, individual chassis histories for the 250Fs and a table of significant race results from 1926 through to 1965.
