Volvo 240T Zolder 1985 #33 OK by Ixo
We tend to think of Volvo's 200 series as big, safe and staid family cars but they could be made to go pretty quickly, particularly when turbocharged. Several cars were regular competitors in the ETCC during the mid 80s but good results were rare, reliability (something of a watchword for the road cars) being the cars' downfall. The two attractively decorated machines offered by Ixo both sadly failed to finish their races, but they make for interesting and attractive model subjects.
