Ferrari 625 UK 1955 #18 Trintignant by Jade Miniatures
Also available JAD4325 - kit
It was way back in 2005 that we saw the low tail Ferrari 625 in kit form, so it's taken a while for these hand builts to filter through! All of the models are well finished, with good paint and careful detailing and this typifies Jade's hand built production these days. They may be simple models but they do a pleasing job. The two British GP entries were both retirements (though Castelotti then took over from an unwell Hawthorn and finished sixth), Farina was fourth in Monaco and Trintignant sixth in Belgium.

About Jade Miniatures
A well established range of well thought out kits and hand built models of competition cars, mostly from the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. The kits are generally pretty simple with well cast resin bodies, small numbers of resin and white metal ancillaries and a modest amount of etch. In the case of open wheeled subjects, the etch usually includes most or all of the suspension. Hand builts generally well finished. Made in France.
