Renault Fiftie 1996 Open
Renault’s Fiftie concept was homage to the 4CV, which had been released five decades before. The one off was based on the Renault Spyder with a 1.2 litre engine in the back and featured a full length roll back roof. JPS modelled the car with the roof closed many years ago and here we see it in open form so that the light interior can be appreciated. The real car featured a variety of materials inside including rattan and these panels are represented by decals in the kit. The main gold paint finish on the crisply moulded body looks good and this should be a simple build.
