Ferrari 246 Dino 1st Aintree1959 by K & R Replicas
The results show that the Ferraris of Behra and Brooks finished first and second in the Aintree 200 but that doesn’t tell the whole story. Their apparently dominant win was due to reliability but it was clear that these front-engined machines were outclassed on sheer pace by the new mid-engined Coopers and the times were a changing! K&R’s kit offers either car and the stone guards are separate pieces to be added to the well cast body. Wire wheels are in kit form with etched spokes and there is also etch for the dash panel and a few ancillaries.
