John Sprinzel’s entry for the Alpine rally in 1959 was a privately run A35 and K&R tell us this was painted in a rather unusual bright yellow with a black roof. Sprinzel’s cars were usually (but not always) either red or pale blue but we’ve found nothing to prove or disprove this splash of colour! The kit parts themselves are well proportioned and cleanly cast and looking through it should be a pretty quick and easy build with nothing more tricky than a bit of casting flash to remove.
Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
