Austin A35 Monte Carlo 1958 Sprinzel by K & R Replicas
The 1958 Monte Carlo rally was one of those events that John Sprinzel drove for the BMC factory team, his A35 being one of ten varied entries of vehicles from across the range in a number of classes. None made it to Monaco still in the competition, snow having eliminated all bar one of the Paris starters. K&R’s kit will be a very straightforward build with well cast metal parts, vacform windows and simple decalling for race numbers, rally plates and number plates.

Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
